(1) Black annealed strip: Cold-rolled strip is directly heated to the annealing temperature, and the surface color turns black due to high temperature exposure to air. The physical properties become softer, and it is generally used for deep processing of steel strips such as re-rolling, stamping, and large deformation.

(2) Bright annealed strip: The biggest difference from black annealing is that it is not in contact with air during heating and is always protected by inert gases such as nitrogen. The surface color remains the same as that of cold rolled strip. In addition to black annealing, it is also used on the surface. Nickel plating and other surface treatments, beautiful and elegant.

The difference between bright strip steel and black strip strip: the mechanical properties are similar. Bright strip steel has an additional step of brightening treatment on the basis of black strip steel.

In terms of usage: Black-faded strip steel generally needs to be beautified before being made into end products, while bright strip steel can be directly stamped into end products.
